overall a good stay

breakfast option great location welcome drink inconsistent housekeeping ineffective air conditioning warm room

I liked that breakfast has many options. the location is also quite good. I had easy access to different parts of the area. i also like they greet me with a welcome drink. This was very refreshing after a long journey.

The housekeeping wasn't consistently good throughout my stay. one day, they didn't replace used towels. This caused a slight inconvenience. also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. the room felt warm, and it was difficult to get the temperature right.

missing soap inconsistent housekeeping

Breakfast had a good selection of food from the buffet and cooked-to-order options were available too.

I had to ask three times for soap. That's ridiculous. I requested help with the heating because the room was uncomfortably hot and it took three tries before someone fixed it. Housekeeping was inconsistent as glasses were not changed. I had to wash them myself to reuse them.

very nice stay!

prosecco drink spacious room high-quality amenities attentive staff

i found the luxury here really good. i was greeted with a prosecco upon arrival, a very nice touch. my room was spacious and well-designed with great amenities. the staff were always smiling and ready to help , meeting every request.

the only minor issue was housekeeping missed replacing toiletries once , but it was quickly resolved after a call.
